We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Payment Terms
- Subscription Model: Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Payment Method: You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis.
- Late Payments: Overdue payments may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on overdue balances.
- Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Notice Period: You may cancel your subscription by providing at least 30 days' written notice before the next billing date.
- How to Cancel: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@homeinspectorsolutions.com.
- Effect of Cancellation: Services will continue through the end of the current billing period after notice is received. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
- Data and Assets: Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to request a copy of any content you own. After that period, we may delete your data from our systems.
5. Intellectual Property
- Our Property: All website designs, templates, code, graphics, strategies, marketing materials, and proprietary methods created by Home Inspector Solutions remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
- Your Content: You retain ownership of all original content you provide to us, including text, images, logos, and business information.
- License to Use: By providing us with your content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and modify it as necessary to provide our services.
- Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase work completed for you in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information necessary for us to perform our services
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure all content you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business
7. SMS Consent and Communications
Home Inspector Solutions provides digital marketing services for home inspection businesses. When you opt in, you may receive messages about website demos, service updates, special offers, discounts, and appointment reminders.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Home Inspector Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
- We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic levels, or lead volumes. Digital marketing results vary based on many factors outside our control.
- We are not responsible for third-party service outages, algorithm changes, or platform policy changes that may affect service delivery.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Inspector Solutions, Maximus Proper LLC, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to our business or other clients. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Home Inspector Solutions regarding your use of our services. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
